TrueBaseline completes TrueSMS Services Framework
release 1.0

TrueBaseline has completed work on TrueSMS Services Framework release 1.0.  This object model framework (OMF) is in compliance with IPsphere Forum’s specified Parent framework.  In other words, TrueSMS Services Framework is able to model complex services and complex networks within a web services, XML solution.  This is the first web services based software solution that allows Telecom Service Providers to use SOA workflow orchestration to dynamically provision the borders of their networks and technologies.  For instance, this allows an application provider to dynamically and automatically provision a Telecom Service Provider network, without a complex and convoluted subscription process to transit the Technology. 

To validate this product release, TrueBaseline worked as part of a group of vendors and service providers, within the public IPsphere Forum interoperability test facility, to demonstrate a functional and working carrier grade, web services framework.  This contribution was publicly acknowledged at the IPsphere Forum Quarterly Meeting held May 8, 2007, in Berlin Germany. 

TrueBaseline has continued a track record dating back to September, 2006, when we first demonstrated a working prototype product that complied with IPsphere Forum.  And since then, TBL has publicly demonstrated the TrueSMS Services Interconnection Framework for the IPsphere Forum, for Telecom Service Providers and for Equipment Vendors.  “We present a simple value proposition in providing “operational glue” that binds together services, resources and applications.  That proposition is to join any service to any network for any customer, regardless of technology or resource incongruities.

TrueBaseline continues to participate in defining, for the Telecom Industry, how next generation services can be orchestrated in a Telecom SOA environment.  Within a few weeks, TrueBaseline will deliver to the Industry, the TrueSMS Resource Broker, which will allow any and all equipment or technology vendors to plug their device operating systems (OS/NMS/EMS/CLI/SRM) into the TrueSMS Services Framework.
