Stan
Kramer, Chief Executive Officer
Stan Kramer has been in the telecommunications and
computer networking business for over twenty years
in a variety of executive marketing and product
management roles. As Executive Director of Carrier
Marketing and Product Management at StrataCom, Mr.
Kramer played pivotal roles in the introduction
of Frame Relay and later ATM; to the marketplace.
StrataCom was later acquired by Cisco Systems where
Mr. Kramer served in leadership roles for another
four years. |

Kevin Dillon,
President and CTO
Kevin Dillon is the President and CTO of Truebaseline
Corp, based in USA and Australia. Before joining
Truebaseline in July of 2007, Mr. Dillon was a VP
in the CTO Office at Juniper Networks. Prior to
joining Juniper in 2000, Mr. Dillon was the Director
of Asia Pacific Marketing for the IP Services business
unit of Nortel Networks. |

Frederick
G. Badiali, Chief Operating Officer
Fred Badiali is responsible for the design, operation,
and improvement of the resources and systems that
create and deliver the firm's products and services.
Prior to co-founding TrueBaseline, Mr. Badiali held
executive level positions with leading IT and software
consulting firms including CBSI and MODIS Incorporated.
With over 25 years of experience Mr. Badiali provides
the direction and structure necessary to attain
the business objectives for continuous corporate
growth and profitability.

Ganesh Krishnan,
Vice President, Engineering
Ganesh Krishnan drives the Engineering & New
Product development initiative for the company.
He directs the development of our adaptive object-based
framework to address critical problems and significant
opportunities in the service management, virtualization,
SOA, and compliance markets. His ability to combine
innovation with advanced technology has allowed
TrueBaseline to respond to the emerging market needs
with our state-of-the-art products. He brings a
proven track record of analytical, technical and
management skills, having worked as a Technology
Director, Technical Lead, Systems Architect and
Developer in diverse industries. Prior to joining
TrueBaseline, he served as Technology Manager/Director
for ASEEdge, inc where he pioneered the company’s
Software as a true Service based configuration management
platform. He has worked in various Technical &
Management capacities for companies around the country
including KPMG, Thomson Financial, Wells Fargo and
was the Technical Lead for the National Stock Exchange
of India Ltd. |
